Welcome to:

“Cluster benchmarking 2020: Polish clusters potential and Polish-Norwegian cooperation

two-day series of events dedicated to Polish and Norwegian clusters and cluster members. The event is organised by PARP in cooperation with Innovation Norway.

The results of the benchmarking study will be commented and discussed by:

  • Krzysztof Krystowski (Polish Cluster Employers' Association)
  • Przemysław Wojdyła (Cluster "Green Chemistry")
  • Marzena Strok-Sadło (Lubelska Medycyna Cluster)
  • Monika Antonowicz (PARP)

The practical part brings the insight into best practices that have been identified during the study:

  • Functioning of ThinkTank groups - Eastern Automotive Alliance
  • Systematic support for digital transformation processes - Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing
  • Barometer of the business cycle indicators - Metal Processing Cluster
  • Sectoral Competence Council for Chemical Sector - Association of West Pomeranian Chemical Cluster "Green Chemistry"

The expert part, which is a source of knowledge and inspiration, will feature foreign and domestic speakers: Christoph Matthias Reiss-Schmidt, prof. Marian Gorynia, representatives of NCBR, Innovation Norway and Norwegian clusters.

The event will end with a lecture by prof. Christian Ketels, an expert in the field of clusters with a worldwide reputation.

The afternoons are dedicated to "matchmaking": virtual though direct meetings of cluster representatives, especially Polish and Norwegian ones, as an opportunity to exchange experiences and establish cooperation.
